    As a devoted mother of six, Naomi's ability to balance the demands of a bustling household with her professional commitments speaks to her exceptional organisational skills and dedication.

    Naomi's passion for ultra endurance running reflects her commitment to perseverance and resilience - qualities that she seamlessly applies to her real estate career. Whether navigating complex transactions or running the trails, her determination and focus are evident in everything she does.

    Currently completing a law degree, Naomi is continually expanding her knowledge to better serve her clients.

    PROPERTY MANAGER

    Elena is an experienced commercial executive with a post-graduate degree in financial analysis and economics. After working for many years as a senior lecturer at a leading business school, Elena has been employed in recent years as the Accounting and Commercial Director at an international marketing consultancy.

    Elena has a passion for travel, experiencing the sights and culinary delights of diverse places and cultures. She also loves her adopted home in the upper Blue Mountains with its fresh air, trails and beautiful, world-class scenery. Gardening and homemaking are her other passions, working with her husband to renovate their old Sorensen garden.

    Elena brings to Clifton Rentals strong business process discipline and a commitment to client service excellence. In this increasingly complex rental environment, property owners can rest easy that someone with Elena’s exceptional qualifications and business savvy has got their backs.

    Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to serving property owners make Elena an outstanding property manager, dedicated to advancing the interests of Clifton Rentals clients.

    PROPERTY MANAGER

    With five years of property management experience, Kaela is dedicated to protecting, maintaining and maximising the value of her clients’ investments across Katoomba and the wider Blue Mountains. She understands that a property is more than an asset - it represents a significant investment, and owners deserve a management experience built on trust, transparency and confidence.

    Kaela takes a highly personalised and proactive approach to property management, combining local market knowledge with meticulous attention to detail and a genuine commitment to her clients. From preparing and presenting properties to market and securing quality tenants, through to managing inspections, maintenance, tenancy matters and ongoing communication, she ensures every detail is handled with professionalism and care.

    Her kind and personable nature allows her to build strong, lasting relationships with both property owners and tenants. Kaela believes exceptional property management comes from being responsive, approachable and proactive - addressing issues early and keeping owners informed throughout their investment journey.

    Outside of property management, Kaela has a proficient background in music, which has been an important part of her life. She is currently undertaking further studies in Music Theory with the goal of achieving Associate Diploma level, alongside studies in Leadership and Management and Legal Services. Her commitment to ongoing education reflects her desire to continually expand her knowledge and develop both personally and professionally.

    In her downtime, Kaela enjoys road trips and exploring new places, discovering new destinations and experiences.
